• Account Data: Name, email address, username, password (hashed and never stored in plain text)
• KYC Data: Full legal name, Tax Identification Number (TIN), country of residence, government-issued ID, facial photograph captured via live camera
• Payment Data: PayPal email address, Stripe connected account, or US bank account routing and account numbers
• Usage Data: Task submissions, login times, device type, browser, and IP address
• Communications: Support emails and messages submitted via the contact form

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Operating and improving the Revobly AI platform
• Processing task submissions, reviews, and payments
• Verifying your identity for KYC compliance and fraud prevention
• Communicating platform updates, policy changes, and submission results
• Security monitoring and fraud prevention

3. Data Storage & Security

All personal data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest. KYC documents are stored in private, restricted-access storage buckets that are inaccessible to the public. Payment details are stored encrypted and never transmitted in plain text. We employ role-based access controls — only authorized admins can view sensitive user data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may process your data as part of platform operations:

• Supabase: Database, authentication, and encrypted file storage
• PayPal: Payment processing for PayPal payout method (subject to PayPal's own privacy policy)
• Stripe: Payment processing for Stripe payout method (subject to Stripe's own privacy policy)

5. Your Rights

As a Revobly AI user, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
• Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. KYC records are retained for 5 years after account closure in compliance with financial and anti-money-laundering regulations. Transaction records are retained for 7 years. When data is deleted, it is permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

7. Cookies

Revobly AI uses only functional cookies required for authentication and session management (via Supabase Auth). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies. Your theme preference is stored in browser localStorage only.

8. Children's Privacy

Revobly AI is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will promptly delete the account and associated data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify registered users of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Revobly AI after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
