This policy governs all withdrawal requests on Revobly AI. Please read it carefully before submitting a withdrawal request.
To submit a withdrawal request, you must meet all of the following conditions:
The minimum single withdrawal amount is $25.00 USD. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per request, but requests exceeding $1,000.00 may require additional identity verification at admin discretion before processing.
Withdrawals are sent to the payment method registered during your KYC verification. Revobly AI supports the following payout methods for US-based earners:
To update your payment method, contact our support team at least 5 business days before submitting a new withdrawal request. A payment method change may require re-verification of your identity.
All withdrawal requests pass through the following stages:
Standard processing time from submission to payment is 3 to 5 business days. During high-volume periods or platform-wide events, processing may extend to 7 business days. You will receive a platform notification at every status change.
When you submit a withdrawal request, the full requested amount is immediately locked and removed from your available balance. This prevents double-spending. If the withdrawal is rejected for any reason, the full amount is returned to your available balance instantly and automatically.
A withdrawal request may be rejected for the following reasons:
Rejected withdrawals are always refunded to your balance. You may resubmit a new withdrawal request after resolving the underlying issue with our support team.
Revobly AI does not withhold taxes on behalf of earners. You are solely responsible for reporting all earnings to the relevant tax authority in your jurisdiction. US-based earners who receive $600 or more in a single calendar year may receive an IRS 1099 form as required by US tax regulations. Revobly AI recommends consulting a tax professional for guidance on reporting freelance or platform income.
Withdrawal requests that exhibit signs of fraudulent activity will be placed on hold pending investigation. This includes — but is not limited to — requests from accounts with unusual task completion patterns, mismatched KYC identity data, or multiple accounts linked to the same payment method. Users subject to a fraud hold will be notified and given an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made.
Revobly AI reserves the right to temporarily suspend all withdrawal processing during platform maintenance, legal requirements, or exceptional circumstances. In such cases, all users will be notified via the platform notification system and any pending withdrawal requests will be returned to user balances.
For questions about a specific withdrawal request, please visit our Contact page and include your Revobly AI username and the date of the withdrawal in your message. Our team responds within 48 business hours, Monday through Friday.
