1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Revobly AI ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must register with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Revobly AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false information.

• One account per individual is permitted
• Account sharing or selling is strictly prohibited
• You must be a resident of a country where Revobly AI operates

3. Task Completion & Submissions

All submitted work must be original, honest, and comply with the specific task requirements. Submitting fabricated, plagiarized, or deceptive proof will result in immediate rejection and may lead to account suspension.

• All submissions are manually reviewed by our admin team
• Review decisions are final but may be appealed by contacting support
• Rejected submissions include written feedback explaining the reason
• Re-submissions are allowed unless the account has been suspended

4. Earnings & Payments

Earnings are credited to your account balance upon approval of a submission. Withdrawals are subject to the Withdrawal Policy, including a minimum of $25 USD and completed KYC verification. Revobly AI reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

5. KYC Verification

Identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal. You must submit accurate identity documents as outlined in the KYC Policy. Providing fraudulent documents is a criminal offense and will result in permanent account termination and legal referral.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Revobly AI:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit task limits
• Submitting automated, bot-generated, or AI-fabricated proof without disclosure
• Attempting to manipulate the review system
• Harassing or threatening Revobly AI staff or other members
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities

7. Intellectual Property

All content you submit as proof becomes the property of Revobly AI for the purpose of completing the task. You retain the right to reuse your own original work outside the platform unless the task specifies exclusivity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Revobly AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our maximum liability to any individual user shall not exceed the total amount earned by that user in the preceding 12 months.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, particularly in cases of policy violation. Suspended users will be directed to a dedicated suspension notice page explaining next steps. Upon termination, outstanding verified balances may be paid out at our discretion after a review period of up to 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

Revobly AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
